Dear Qualifying Entities for Wholesale

Thanks very much for your interest in our products and service. We're very interested in hearing from you and doing what we can to set up distribution and sales points around the US to reach as many people as possible with all our great stuff. If you wish to buy wholesale from us, here's the basics.

• We need your full contact information - Phone-Fax- e-mail - delivery address-name of principles-tax ID #. Please don't send us an e-mail with just your idea and your name at the end. We get a lot of those. It's fantastic to know that so many people are interested in what we created and want to participate in growing the green movement, however, it takes considerable time to put a wholesale package together so we have to place some limitations on who we work with.
• Minimum order to get started is $500.00 not including freight.
• Wholesale orders have to be paid by check or wire transfer.
• You can leave us a credit card on file for small reorders and emergency resupplies etc, once you get established here.
• Fill out and send us a W-9 form for our files and any Business registration paper work from your state.
• We'll need a Bank reference - no account number, just What Bank and the name of a contact at the bank and how to reach them.
  • Three business references where you buy on credit.
• We offer single pallet and multiple pallet discounts for full, homogeneous pallets of bagged products like fertilizer and seed.
  • Mixed pallets are okay but, expect to pay more because they take a lot longer to put together.
• If you can't receive pallets at your location we can drop pallets at the truck depot if there's one close to you. You can pick it up there in your pick up truck or suitable vehicle.
• Wholesale is for repeat business, not one large order, one time. We offer different pricing for that type of sale.

• Large farm seed orders are quoted per order because the prices change so often. You'll need to call each time for a quote.
