Fat Toad Farm is a small family-run goat dairy located in the hills of Central Vermont. Their goal is to work closely with the land and their animals in order to produce high quality, sustainable, healthy food for you. They specialize in producing handcrafted artisan organic goat cheese and goat’s milk caramel (Cajeta) as seen in New York Times Magazine and Gourmet Magazine, yet another Vermont sensation brought to you by New England Natural.com.

Try all four hand crafted caramel sauces - Original, Vanilla Bean, Cinnamon and Coffee Bean - each with their own unique flavor and use. The jars come nestled in a distinctive locally made wooden box. Wooden box has sliding top with our signature logo created by New Yorker cartoonist Ed Koren. The box contains one jar of each flavor. Each jar contains 8 oz of caramel sauce. Unopened caramel is good for 12-18 months. Once the jar is opened, we suggest refrigerating it.
