Buttermilk Country Biscuit Mix

Make Good Tasting Light Fluffy Biscuits for Dinner or Desert
Just add water! Now, it's that easy to bring old time buttermilk biscuits, fresh from your oven to the table. Great texture and taste! Also great topping for fruit cobbler and Strawberry Shortcake directions included on each package.

Fruit Cobblers: combine two pounds or 4 cups sliced peaches, nectarines, rhubarb, berries or any combination with 1 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. I made these myself and they were terrific. These were made larger than recomended because I'm lazy and only had one muffin pan and didn't want to make two rounds of muffins. Using half as much in each hole I could have easily made twelve muffins .
